Supervision

I am a qualified Supervisor (CPCAB) and offer supervision for trainee and established counsellors. I provide a combination of supportive, creative and challenging sessions within an Integrative/Humanistic framework. I work under the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice. My aim as a Supervisor is to provide an ethically-sound setting in which to: Discuss dilemmas, difficulties and good practice Offer encouragement and support Help you to reflect critically on your work Help you to recognise and build on your strengths Share new tools and techniques for more effective counselling Help you to identify and work on areas you find difficult Help you to gain a clear sense of how you work Organise Continual Professional Development (CPD) We would normally have an exploratory session at first, to see how we get on, before making an on-going arrangement. Fee for one-hour Supervision: £40  Supervision can be arranged on a fortnightly basis (1 hour) or monthly basis (1.5 hours @ £60). Supervision is also available by email.
